Windows 10: Intel i7 12GEN: Bluetooth problem

Hello everyone,I got replaced my Laptop ASUS TUF GAMING F15 Modelo FX507ZC4 – HN002W with Intel Core 7 - 17200H Processor Windows11, with an identical one, and I'm experiencing the same problem:When I connect Bluetooth headphones to the laptop, they are recognized but do not produce sound.The laptop does not recognize other Bluetooth headphones I tried with four other devices.The laptop takes a while to recognize my Bluetooth earphones.I accessed Control Panel > Hardware & Sound > Sound > Headphones > Properties > Controller Information > "Properties" > Change

Why Intel i7-7820HK processor is not included for windows 11 update list, as Intel i7-7820HQ included, then why not i7-7820HK?

Why Intel i7-7820HK processor is not included for windows 11 update list, as Intel i7-7820HQ included, then why not i7-7820HK? Technically all the requirement is met by i7-7820HK and also is faster than Intel i7-7820HQ. This is not good. This is rather partiality.

 

bluetooth problem

3. Does it work when paired with a different device?
4. ▶Yes it works very hard on other devices
5. Are you able to pair and use another Bluetooth device on your ProBook?
6. ▶I can not pair or use any other Bluetooth deviceor
7. if the issue persists after the troubleshooting steps above
8. ▶The problem still existsI do not bother to install Bluetooth to know whether it is open or closed

 

Intel Bluetooth Only Shows Up on 3168

I have an interesting issue with the Acer Aspire A515 laptop. I recently upgraded to a gigabit internet connection with a new dual band router. Of course my laptop having a little Intel 3168 WiFi card single band + bluetooth wasn't going to do it. So I go and grab myself my nice Intel 8265 WiFi card dual band + bluetooth and put it in. The WiFi works great no issues but no bluetooth. So I try my 7260, 7265, and 8260 cards. All having the same issue. I can establish an 866 link with the router but no bluetooth. Testing them in other machines shows the bluetooth so I am convinced that it is this particular laptop. I have also grabbed the latest Intel drivers, no change. Any suggestions welcome.

Testing Already Done:

• Booting up Linux (No bluetooth)
  
• Windows updates (No bluetooth)
  
• Reinstalling Windows 10 (The laptop has a 7th gen i7 so W7 / W8 is not an option) (Still no bluetooth)
