Windows 10: Intel NUC, Alphabet key dont work with any keyboard in the Windows Login Page

Hello,Folks, I have issue with my Intel NUC Kit D54250WYK. I reset my Kit into factory settings of Windows 10 Pro. Then I managed to click and next all necessary set up. then when I'm finally in the Windows Login screen, the alphabet keys of my laptop wasnt working, I tried the numbers and its working fine. Then when you tried so many password attemps it will ask you to enter A1B2C3 code and its completely okay, the ABC are working fine. Then when it goes back to the Login page and tried typing in my password, it still wont work. I tried using different keyboard, two USB Wired Keyboard and one

New intel nuc

Hi... i recently bought an intel nuc and would like to install windows 10 pro... everything went well except after windows started, my usb keyboard didnt work... try to update driver and etc but it still didnt work...

version installed is windows 10 pro version 2004... my keyboard is ms wired keyboard 600...

Any advise?

Some keyboard keys stopped working after windows 10 upgrade

Has the Notebook been worked on? Do any of those keys work if holding down the Shift key? Have you used compressed air to blow out any crud that may be blocking the keys?

It's not expensive nor hard to replace the keyboard, usually can find a video or step-by-step articles on the 'net.

Connect a keyboard to an"empty"Intel NUC.

Working with a new and empty (except memory and storage) NUC 8. A HDMI monitor is working, but when I boot the NUC with a flash drive containing a new Win 10 I have no keyboard access. The Windows Setup screen appears, but I can't type to it.
I have two keyboards: A Microsoft keyboard that uses a dongle in a USB port and a small portable bluetooth keyboard.
With the dongle in a NUC serial port, there is no evidence that the keyboard is seen. Also no reaction to the usual pairing keys on the portable keyboard.
I don't have a cabled keyboard. Will I have to buy one? Can I do anything with a BT mouse to get to the point when I can get basic Win 10 installed?
