Windows 10: Intel Nuc i7-1165G7 Will Not Restart From Windows Power Menu

I originally posted this on the Intel.com forums but for some reason I am unable to reply to posts there. Also, the one person who replied wanted me to download something and send them a video which seemed odd.11th Gen IntelR CoreTM i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz - Windows 10 Pro 64-bit If I try to restart the NUC from the Windows power menu the device will say it is restarting but it never actually restarts. The power light stays lit but the device appears to be off. I also tried running "shutdown -r" from the run command and that does the same thing. Once the NUC is in this state the only
