Windows 10: intel nuc sometimes does not bring screen back

Running windows 10

and some time my intel nuc has a 10 minutes timeout to turn off the monitor. about 90% of the time if I hit a key or tap the mouse the screen will turn on.

there is about 10% of the time that the screen will not turn on and I need to power cycle the nuc. Are there any ideas of what to check to make sure I can use my machine again after powering off the head without needing to power cycle?

thanks, removed zam. Had used the portable version but seems there was leftovers.

is intel rst driver the same as optane driver,.

my nuc has this one https://downloadcenter.intel.com/do...Kit-NUC7i3BN-NUC7i5BN-NUC7i7BN?product=122940

will reinstall graphics to see, and uninstall eset.
