Windows 10: Intel processor on list but test says it's not compatible for win 11 update

Discus and support Intel processor on list but test says it's not compatible for win 11 update in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have a IntelR CoreTM i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.90 GHz, and the list has this process as compatible.     I have a IntelR CoreTM i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.90 GHz, and the list has this process as compatible. Can anyone explain what I am missing here?Intel®Core™i7-7500U
