Windows 10: Intel(R) wireless AC 9560 160MHz repeatedly crashing

Hello,my laptop(msi gf 63 thin 9sc) is hardly 5 months old and resently my wifi adapter keep crashing....Sometimes it stays sometimes it's totally vanished from my computer(code 10 error)...tried device manager and uninstalled then restarted the computer,tried cmd command,tried network reset nothing worked at all....also tried resetting c drive and it worked for sometime but again it stopped.....

Does anyone has any solution for this??

I've tried all the remedies available online but none of them worked (except system reset which I don't want to do)

Any other inputs will be appreciated.

hi,

I had the same problem but managed to solve.

first configure the intel wireless adapter to use N not AC 5 ghz in advanced 802.11 n/ac wireless mode.

second step set mimo power safe mood to dynamic SMSP.

third step set roaming aggressiveness to medium.

fourth step set throughput booster to disable.

fifth step set transmit power to medium.

sixth step use fixed ip address not dynamic from the router (manually enter ip address and default gateway and DNS)

finally update your wifi adapter to the latest software 21.50.1.1

If you have a CD installer for your motherboard, you can also use it to install this missing driver for your device.

Go to the "Code 10 "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" section.

Your device originally came from Intel, this means you need to download the driver installer from their official website itself and install it manually (usually, you will see that there is a latest driver already available for download).

Once there, select the appropriate operating system if there's a choice like x32 or 64 bit so it will match with your PC.
