Windows 10: Intel - SoftwareComponent - 1.63.1155.1, Intel - SoftwareComponent - 2130.1.16.1, and Intel...

I have tried just about every method out there to get this fixed. I have updated BIOS, tried clearing out temp files, used powershell and stop services to try and restart windows update. I have even tried reinstalling windows. Nothing seems to work and it seems as if this is causing bottlenecking at my Intel UHD graphics chip. Funny thing is, I was having zero issues with games before these updates showed up in windows update. The only the I can think of that I haven't tried is just wiping EVERYTHING and doing a total reinstall; which would take forever. Any help would be greatly appreciated.H

What is Intel - SoftwareComponent - 1.61.251.0

I have a Group Editor Policy setting of 2=Notify download/install so that I am notified whenever Windows Update wants to download an update. I get a "Download" button to do the downloading and installation. In other words, the Windows updates are not
installed automatically. I have to click a "Download" button in order for the update to be installed.

I just (Oct 14, 2020) got a "Download" button for Intel SoftwareComponent - 1.61.251.0. What is this update?

Yesterday (Oct 15, 2020), I got a "Download" button for Intel - SoftwareComponent - 1.38.2020.805 and I learned

here that this is a Dynamic Application Loader (DAL). And I was able to learn here what a DAL is.

So, it looks like Microsoft is releasing Intel SoftwareComponents at a fast clip. I'd like to know that is going on!!

 

WU ignores Intel Corporation - SoftwareComponent - 2.7.100.2 update




Here's what I see...





...so when I click 'Install Now', 0.001 seconds later it is supposedly finished.

I look at my Installed Updates/Drivers and I see this...





That was fast. So I looked at my Reliability History and I see many multiple times of this drivers' failed attempts at updating...





I try Intels' Driver and Support Assistant but its website says "there's something wrong".
I've configured my Startups and System Configurations to fully run, still the update refuses to...update.
Never had a problem with updating before.
I Bing-ed the update and wound up at the Microsoft Update catalog and saw the update...several of the same one.





So close yet so far. What should I do? *Sad

Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 update 1/31/16

Prior to this Intel HD graphic 4600 update I was able to view/use both monitor at the same time.

I just installed Intel's update for HD Graphics 4600 on 1/31/16 on my Windows 10 computer and now I can not get my 2 displays to work together. I have a Dell Ultra HD display connected via mDP connection and the 2nd display is connect via HDMI connection
on the computer graphics card to my LG TV HDMI input.

Going to settings only allows one display. DELL ULTRA HD MONITOR will only connect to the computer when the HDMI cable is unplugged. Plugging in the HDMI cable to the 2nd display appears to disable the mDP connection to the DELL MONITOR.
