Windows 10: Intel TXT, intel VT -d, hyper - v and secure launch

Hello,i have an asus b5 b5404 with intel core ultra 7 155h. I want to enable secure launch/firmware protection, but I cannot get it to work. I tried turning on TXT in bios but cannot find the seting altough my procesor should support it. Then I discovered that hyper - v I use it for vms vould interfer with that and that i need to enable intel VT -d. In some intel doc I came across it said intel vt -d has to be enabled to enable txt. My question then is: if I enable intel -d, will I be able to use hyper -v for VMs and Intel TXT hopefuly it will enable secure launch/firmware protection alo

Hyper-V and Intel Virtualization

I am running Windows 10 (build 16299) on a Dell XPS 15 9550. When I enable the Intel virtualization technology and install
Hyper-V the laptop blue screens on startup every time. The only way to recover it is to disable the Intel VT in the BIOS. I can then start the machine but can't use Hyper-V as it needs the Intel
VT. I can then uninstall Hyper-V and re-enable Intel VT and everything is still fine. What I can't do is use both, which I need to do.

I've seen a few suggestions, but none of them work. The only suggestion I haven't tried is removing my virus checker, which simply isn't an option.

Can anyone help?

 

Intel Vt-d feature disabled

As written in the bottom - if you press +/- when the focus is on Virtualization technology, should change it to enabled.

Similarly do for Intel VT-D, virtualization must be enabled.

 

Can't install Intel (R) Virtualization Techonology (HAXM) on Windows 10 Enterprise

I'm struggling to enable VT-x despite having executed a lot of troubleshooting steps.

When I go to BIOS I see two options:

- Intel (R) Virtualization Techonology

- Intel (R) VT-d Feature

and I activated both.

When I do this I can install Hyper-V on Windows, but Intel tools (haxm_check and Intel processor identification utility) tell me I don't have support for VT.

When I disable VT on the BIOS the Intel tools tell me I have support but it is disabled.

"This computer meets the requirements for HAXM, but Intel Virtualization Techonology (VTx) is not turned on."

It seems that when I activate it on BIOS the Hyper-V takes it somehow, despite I have removed it from "Turn Windows Features On or Off"

When Windows sees that VT is enabled Intel tools don't see VT support, but I can use Hyper-V if I want to (if I install it).

When I disable it on BIOS, Intel tools see that I have support for it but it is disabled (and windows also see it as disabled).

I have Hyper-V disabled; Performed multiple cool shutdowns; Updated BIOS; Nothing worked.

Any help would be appreciated.
