Windows 10: Intel UHD Graphics cannot go above 60hz

Hello,The max framerate I can select on my monitor is 60hz, while I could select up to 144hz before this happened after the Windows 11 24H2 update. My monitor is connected to the Intel UHD Graphics of my laptop, with a HDMI cable.The cable works perfectly fine.There is nothing to do with a NVIDIA setting.It might be a weird battery thing that is limiting that.I contacted the support multiples times, they don't know what's happening.I tried re-installing the Intel UHD Graphics drivers, but it changed nothing.Please, help me.Processor : 11th Gen IntelR CoreTM i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz

Intel Uhd graphics 630

After downloading intel uhd graphics 630 software the screen is not showing any icons on Windows 10 . Ctrl + alt + del option not showing though the program is opening. How to remove Intel software in this case or format the computer?
