    Tengo una duda. Actualmente uso el programa Process Explorer para revisar mi computadora ocasionalmente y verificar si está infectada. Hoy me di cuenta de que tenía un archivo llamado "geek", el cual eliminé inmediatamente, ya que VirusTotal lo detectó como un Trojan.Zenpak.poa. Posteriormente, escaneé mi dispositivo y se detectó que el servicio "IntelCpHeciSvc" tiene una puntuación de 9/78 en VirusTotal, con las siguientes detecciones: "Trojan.GenericKD.72992858", "Trojan.Generic.D459C85A", "Trojan.GenericKD.72992858 B", "Malware ai Score=88" y "Trojan.GenericKD.72992858".En la comunidad

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

    ATTEMPTED EXECUTE OF NOEXECUTE MEMORY Blue Screen of Death error appears when a device driver attempts to execute a program from a non-executable area of the memory. An error in the RAM (Random Access Memory) can also cause this BSOD error.

    If you are using a built-in webcam, then, update the webcam driver and check if that helps.

    • Press 'Windows key + X' and choose 'Device Manager'.
    • Under 'Imaging devices', right-click on the webcam driver and update the driver.

    Also I suggest you to follow the steps from the below article and check if it helps.

    Good and bad news. Thanks to your instructions, my pc doesn't crash when I open my webcam, but when I do, it tells me that my camera can't be found and comes up with the error code 0xA00F4244 (0x80070005). Any ideas? Thanks for help on the initial question
    by the way IntelCpHeciSvc Executable ;).
