Windows 10: IntelliJ open as toolbar only, minimized as much as possible

Hi, I'm not sure if the problem is Windows, IntelliJ or both.I am currently seeing my IntelliJ open as a very minimal window:I'm curious if this is a setting somewhere, or just unlucky combinations of my OS, company policy settings and IntelliJ.If I resize the window and drag it, the size remains stable even after locking it on a side of the screen. However if I reboot, it goes back to small again.IntelliJ 2024.1.4Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2OS Build 19045.4529Thanks for anything!

Minimized language bar interferes with Toolbars

In current version Windows 10, there is a problem when LanguageBar is minimized : the toolbars are lost when rebooting my computer. (See screen copies below and my Windows version.)

Taskbar before reboot when Languagebar is minimized:

After reboot toolbars are lost:

Whithout minimized Languagebar, it works OK:

Windows version is

It worked before even in Windows10. Now it looks like a bug.

Win10 Toolbars: is text to icons possible?

The toolbar changes folders into drop down lists automatically:




They are drop down lists for each subfolder - I changed Camera Roll Icon in Pictures to that of a camera instead of a plain folder - and drilled down thru Screenshots to find some accidental downloads that ended up there!
However, the desktop toolbar takes you everywhere!
