whooo i gained performance obviously not b/c of the patch but it doesnt look like it has any impact on performance???

 

99% procesor

from the last update when I try to run a game the CPU climbs up to 99%, I have i3 -7100 kabylake 3.9 ghz 8gb ram and gtx 1050. Does anyone have any idea how to solve the problem?
