Windows 10: IntelR Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 oem66.inf driver error

for months now I've had problems with the Wi-Fi on my pc and I've recently found that something to do with my Wi-Fi adapter is not functioning properly or at all and hope that someone here can help me because I have no clue how to resolve this issue.screenshot of event errors - https://gyazo.com/566500bfa88c592be2a3abf84d8ad017

The best first step would be to go to the Sony website, then from there find the support page for your device, then download and install the device driver for that Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260, then restart your device and then go to Settings - Update and
Security - Troubleshoot to run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter . . .

 

Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 Error Code: 45

I understand that the Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 device appears in the device manager with error code 45;

Initially I recommend that you check for updates on Windows Update;

Press Windows key + i and go to Update and Security;

Click Check for updates and do ALL pending updates;

Go to Device Manager and uninstall Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165;

After uninstalling restart the PC;

Go to the link below and download and install the first driver from the list for the Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 device:

Check that the device now works normally;

WCMSVC service errors (ID 7011) causing Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160 to be disabled and grayed out

Hi!

Need a little more information on the Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160. Is it this one?

Intel

• What does it say in Device Manager
• Does the BIOS detect the card
• Is the card seated in the slot

I just went threw a bunch of software trouble shooting on a wireless USB button, and found out it was not software. Replacing the hardware fixed.
