Windows 10: IntelR HD Graphics 4600 brightness function not working with the newest drivers....

Hi!

Brightness leve control not working on win10_x64 with the popular or newest drivers....
The display automatically set on the max level of the brightness.
My eyes are ruined! The Batterie of the laptop its on low levek quickly!

I need to use old version of the IntelR HD Graphics 4600 driver setup, because the display light control not working on my laptop.
Driver info:

version: 10.18.15.4279
year of release: 2015. 08. 24.



I think this its the latest version of the drivers for Intel graphics 4600, wich contains the "display light control from keyboard" or "display light control from the notifications menu" function on the windows 10 OS. I don't know why can't set the display light level from the keyboard, with the /on my Asus "Fn" + "brightness -F5 ; +F6/ key combination or "display light control from the notifications menu" on the Windows 10 x64 in the newer versions. I can't download this version 10.18.15.4279 from any popular support site Intel, Asus etc. of this driver. This version of its driver and the full setup approx. deleted from the internet...
The windows allways update the Intel graphics 4600 driver to 20.19.15.4531

The support sites contains only this newer version from 3/19/2019 until 8/18/2020.
With this versions the win 10 X64 can't set the brightness.

I think ,the problem its in the registration database in the key:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\
Some keys and records are missing.

I browse on some popular sites...
So why do I need to use an archive driver 10.18.15.4279 for the Intel R HD Graphics 4600?
My laptop its a very powerfully laptop i payed 1600€ plus the ssd drive and approx. i need to buy a new computer because the supporter sites not contains the good and working drivers for the win10.


why are thay doing this?

I suggest you to download Windows 8.1 compatible Intel HD Graphics 4600 drivers from the following link:

Once you successfully download Windows 8.1 compatible Intel HD Graphics 4600 drivers, I suggest you to try to install them in compatibility mode and check.

Intel HD Graphic 4600 driver upodate

Hi there -
Using the Intel Display Adaptor HD Graphic 4600 - and Windows 10 Pro - 64bit , Windows Update had automatically updated the driver - 20.19.15.4835 once on 17/12, once on 17/12, once on 23/12, five times on 28/12 and today -29/12- 20 times.
Unable to find any info regarding this on the internet.

For further info I am enclosing a screenshot.

Any suggestions of how to fix this?
