Dear Sir/Madam, How's things?,In the Microsoft's website it clearly shows and lists only 8th Gen. Intel or later can properly run Windows 11 and prefers other computer users not to download and install Windows 11 in any computer under 8th Gen.Intel or any other brand of computers, as you can see my computer listed above in the subject is under 8th Gen.Intel and not getting any known computer errors yet and not found my computer type listed in the Microsoft websites relating to Windows 11 hardware requirements, can you please let me know of any newer changes that Micro

Intel Core i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00 Ghz processor Windows 11 Compatible?

I just ran Microsoft's "PC Health Check" on my desktop pc to check for Windows 11 compatibility and it says the processor doesn't meet the required specifications. I have Intel Core i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00 Ghz processor. Everything else passed the testing.

However, when I check the processor requirements, the Intel Core i7-6700K CPU is listed as meeting the requirements. Can someone explain this?

I am running Windows 10 Pro, version 21H1, 64 bit, with 32 GB ram.

will Windows 10 ever support 4 cores, 8 logical processors?

I am running Windows 7 on a 64 bit 4 core, 8 logical processor computer. I would like to go to Windows 10, but it is limited to 2 cores, 4 logicals. Does microsoft have any intention of advancing Windows 10 to 64 bit 4 cores 8 logical processors?
