Windows 10: IntelR Precise Touch Device not there

Discus and support IntelR Precise Touch Device not there in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I have a Dell Inspiron 7586 2-in-1 with the latest version of Windows 10 as of 18/09/2020 and a Dell Active Pen - PN557W.     IntelR Precise Touch Device not there


    I have a Dell Inspiron 7586 2-in-1 with the latest version of Windows 10 as of 18/09/2020 and a Dell Active Pen - PN557W. It worked just fine until a few days ago, I looked for solutions online and I found that it could be the Driver IntelR Precise Touch Device. But, when checking my device manager, the driver simpily wasn't there. I can't seem to find an answer to why the pen doesnt work on the screen

    The touchscreen is working just fine and when I click in the pen buttons, my computer responds. Thus, it seems to be a problem with the computer not reconizing the touch, and the driver not being there seems like the most plausible answer

    Precision Touch Pad

    I have not been able to resolve the precision touch pad sensitivity issue. Can you provide additional suggestion?

    Yes, it works on 8.1, at least on my surface pro 3.

    Couldn't do a screenshot cause can't get to Snipping tool while keyboard is up, so I did a "step recording". See attached. Pardon the background, it's my Granddaughter! Cheers! *Cool

    Course, your Surface is built for that, this HP monitor is labeled 'Limited Touch Support' so, I'm hoping...
