    the IntelR Wireless-AC 9260 160MHz is able to see ALL networks except teh ATT Router WiFiSSID is shown/not hiddenDriver is 23.100.0.4Set to dual bank 802.11 a/b/gSet to 801.22ac wireless modeTransmit power set to 5/highestHardware driver has not option for AX networkAuthentication on router set to WPA2 and WPA3Have modified channels and frequency - still cannot see the ATT Router WiFi. This has never worked with the ATT Broadband Fiber Router - ever. No issues connecting with any other routers.Any thoughts?

    Thank you for updating me with that information.

    Open Device Manager

    Expand the Network adapters

    Find the Intel Wireless-AC 9260 driver in the list

    Right click it and select Update

    Click "Browse my computer for driver software"

    Select "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer"

    Make sure to put a check mark "Show compatible hardware"

    Select an older driver from the list

    Click Next then restart your computer

    Hi, that driver version 20.0.2 does not support the intel wireless-ac 9260

    Software and drivers

    Intel PROSet/Wireless WiFi Software (includes drivers) for Windows® 10:

    • WiFi_20.0.2_PROSet64_Win10.exe
    • WiFi_20.0.2_PROSet32_Win10.exe

    Intel PROSet/Wireless WiFi Software version = 20.0.2

    • Driver version = 20.0.2.3 for Windows 10 for 18265, 8265, 18260, 8260 adapters.
    • Driver version = 19.51.7.2 for Windows 10 for 3168, 3165, and 17265 adapters.
    • Driver version = 18.33.9.3 for Windows 10 for 7265, 3160, and 7260 adapters.

    Version: 20.10.2 does support the 9260 adapter, so I will try that one as it is the oldest one available that supports the 9260.

    Intell wireless AC 9260

    How do i fix Error Intel (R) Wireless - AC 9260 160hz Adapter on the driver or hardware. I cant get on my Wifi in which i know is working on my other devices. Im windows 10 new Lenovo Yoga c930 laptop. Never had an issue - use norton antivirus.
