Windows 10: IntelR Wireless-AC 9461 HP Pavilion, Windows 11

I know same/similar questions have been asked before. Please explain what to do step by step like talking to a five year old. My biggest problem with the responses I've seen is not knowing how to follow the steps when I don't have internet connection no access to a line connection.My internet suddenly disconnected in the middle of a meeting, and there is not wi-fi set up showing that I can access from the task bar. I don't see anything related to wi-fi in control panel either.Upon going to my Device Manager, I noticed that is a "!" mark on this adapter and says "This device cannot start

Intel (R) wireless AC 9461 adapter not working

I’m using windows 10, computer hp pavilion, I’m facing some internet problem , it says the intel (R) wireless ac 9461 adapter is experiencing driver or hardware related problems , I’ve uninstall and reinstall , update , reset the network and I still have the same problem ,

What should I do ?

This is the second time it happens. My computer can’t find any WIFI connections, and in Device Manager, the network adapter Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9461 reads either “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)”, or “This device cannot start. (Code 10)”.

Hello.

I've been having trouble with internet connection on my VivoBook ASUS Laptop X409JP. I have Windows 11 installed and I can't connect to the internet and even the WiFi settings are no longer showing up. When we tried to troubleshoot, the error "The Intel (R) Wireless-AC 9461 adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware- related problems" showed.

I found the article here with almost the same problem but with Windows 10. We tried to follow the instructions but I still can't connect to the internet.

What should I do?
