Windows 10: intelr wireless bluetoothr missing

So yesterday bluetooth connection working fine. But now bluetooth on off toggle and intelr wireless bluetoothrs are missing


Since then I have restarted my pc, updated the driver, ran troubleshooter, looked up YouTube tutorials, uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, and ran a system restore point.


I have no idea what happened but I've noticed that it has happened top others as well, but I still have not seen or figured out a solution to my problem.


If anyone could help with this annoying issue, I would greatly appreciate it.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
