Windows 10: Intense lagging and stuttering when downloading games

Hello, I recently built a PC for myself, and for some reason when I download any high-capacity game, my PC starts stuttering, lagging, and my SSD usage goes to 100%. I already tried to TRIM the disk and reseat it in the NVMe slot, but it hasn’t worked. I think next I might try to move the SSD to the 2nd NVMe slot, but I don't know. Any ideas why this is happening and what I can do to fix it? Also, it might be worth mentioning that I am using a 1TB WD Blue NVMe SSD and am running Windows 11. Thanks

lag/Stuttering

alright so basically this hasnt happened before but my pc randomly started stuttering and lagging on games but whenever im not on games it works really fast( i did a wifi speed test) everything seems fine and its happening on roblox and its not a high quality game so if anyone can help why my ping has randomly shot up and my game stuttering me back and fourth i would really appreciate it

• Is the issue the same with other games?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far to resolve the issue?
