Windows 10: Interesting Recent Behaviour Change with Copilot

NOW, clicking on any Copilot icon, opening it from anywhere, it does not land on its Home screen or page. Instead, it lands, initially, on its 'Chat' screen or page. This includes typing copilot.microsoft.com in the Edge address bar. This even applies to the Copilot app.There is one sort of exception. The Copilot icon on the Edge tool bar opens as it last was when Closed. If it is the Home when X'd out, the next time opened will be, again, the Home 'screen'. But if it was on the 'Chat' screen and X'd out, the next time it will open, again, to 'Chat.Except for the Edge tool bar, Copilot, NO

Hibernating laptop changes to sleep behaviour after Windows 10 May 2019 update

Thank you for your reply. I have tried the two steps (turning of Hybrid sleep and Fast startup) you suggested but to no avail. Okay, for your two questions:

1. My laptop is a HP Pavilion 14-bf101tx, and currently running Windows 10 1903 (upgrading from 1809).
2. Nope. No error messages. I suppose the boot process was successful, however, my battery was reduced. That's why I suggest the post title as "Hibernating changes to sleep behaviour" because the battery level reduction looks like sleep behaviour.

Please inform me of any diagnostics information you might need. Thank you for your kind assistance.

Recent (Save Files) - Change Default Settings to OneDrive

Thanks for the return. Before I undertake changing the Registry, I have a question.
The steps in my Registry, for my version of Windows 10, were a bit different, but I think I eventually got to the right spot.
The last step is to change the number of places you want to list in Recent Places. In my case, the default Max Display listed 50 as the number. So, if I were to change that number, how do I know the Save As page will be one of those places? Or, a similar question, will this registry change delete the tab Recent from my Save As page? This is what I would like to happen.
When I received my computer in Nov. 2016, the Recent tab was not listed in the Save As page. Something caused it to be added over time. Which brings me to this second question. Would there be any benefit in deleting the changed registry listing and reverting back to the default listing? See attachment.
