Windows 10: Interfax Service email:

I have received an email from a "Interfax Service", stating that I have a fax. It is a .zip file. I have not opened it and not sure what to do with it as I am not familiar with "Interfax Service". Here is the header info:

No Email Service

No Email Service

I use Window Live Mail and the Microsoft customer service said it was out of date and could not help me with this. Of course, if I pay for extra service $69.95 or $99.95 they could help me then. I've always had problems with this Windows Live Mail... but
never this long.

I've not received or sent EMail since 1:16 pm yesterday, 11/14/16.

Any help would be SO appreciated.

Not one of them allows me to talk about my issue which is

It's a virus - Virus Emails coming from InterFAX - DO NOT OPEN | InterFAX
