  1. Intergrated camera works at the start of a live video session but then cuts out.


    I've been trying to use my computer with integrated camera for live BetterHelp sessions. The camera seems to work fine at first, then turns off and won't turn back on. I can leave the session and restart it and the camera will work again but for a shorter time. This first happened last week and then again today.

  2. Video camera is flashing and cutting out

    The video camera on my laptop is not working -- flashing, cutting out....the camera itself is fine. I am able to watch videos. However, I cannot use my BlueJeans app or video myself. My drivers are up to date. I use Windows 8.1

    I have Windows 11 on my laptop. The Intergrated webcam was working until recently on Zoom. A few days ago, Zoom has stopped recognizing the webcam. In the Device Manager, under Imaging Device, Camera is not listed. So, how can I get the Integrated webcam working again?

    Hi Eric,

    We understand the issue you are facing and will assist you.

    Error: This hardware device is not connected to the computer (Code 45) will occur if hardware device is not properly connected to the computer. The only solution is reconnecting the device (web camera) to the respective port.

    I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps provided below:

    • Type “Troubleshooting” in the search bar and press Enter.
    • Click on “Hardware and Devices”.
    • A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.
