Intermittent BSOD due to varying programs

Hi all,My machine has been experiencing random but fairly frequent crashes and bluescreens around 2-3 times a day. It happens when I'm working, with mostly Chrome, Outlook and Office programs open. I have run a memtest, reinstalled Windows, updated chipset, graphics and Bluetooth drivers and deactivated Bluetooth, but nothing seems to help. Could someone check the dump files generated since I reinstalled Windows to see what I'm missing? Note: not all crashes gave me a BSOD and dump file. Thanks!Minidumps BSOD.zip

    :)

  2. Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

  3. Intermittent black screen problem in Windows 10

    Hi Warren,

There are several reasons why you are facing an intermittent black screen issue. One of these is due to outdated or incorrect device drivers. For us to figure out what's causing this, provide more details by answering the listed questions:

    • On which scenarios did the black screen issue happen again?
    • Have you recently installed any updates?
    • Have you made any particular changes to your device prior to this happening?
    • Are there any 3rd party programs or software installed on your computer?
    • To make sure we have not missed on anything, may we know the list of steps that you have done to resolve the issue?

    Your response is greatly appreciated.

    BSOD- atikmpag.sys

This is most likely due to an installation/upgrade error with ATI driver's. I suggest doing DriveSweeper and the following:
    • Drivesweeper all drivers & in Safe Mode
    • Unistall all drivers that aren't used in DriveSweeper (CCC Profiler Updates, MSI AfterBurner, anything related to ATI that use's it's drivers.)
    • After you do this, the first thing you need to do is go into Device Manager and Unistall your ATI Drivers

Once your done, restart the PC and then try installing the latest drivers.

I had several issues with this in the past, but I overcame it with logical reasoning and whenever I have a driver issue, I just use these steps and I always overcome the problem.

    Best of luck! *Toast :toast:
