Windows 10: Intermittent BSOD in Win11 23H2

Been shaking down a rebuild on one of my PCs and getting intermittent BSOD. Not sure where the current conflict is and could use some help interpreting a minidmp file. Pointing to ntkrnlmp.exe but thinking there may be something else going on. Appreciate any help you or direction you can provide!Aorus Elite AX MB, i7-14700K, and Trident DDR5 RAM.Thanks!dmp file

Win11 23H2 BSOD PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA issue

I've started receiving multiple BSOD errors using Win 11 with the latest updates (approximately starting from mid-December), more - often.

I've been using Win 11 since November on this PC build, and there were no such issues initially, no hardware changes were performed at that time. From the minidump it looks like it's memory-related. I've performed a full memory test using Windows Memory Diagnostics, and it detected no issues.

I'm using 4xRAM of Kingston Fury DDR5-6000 65536MB PC5-48000 (Kit of 2x32768) Beast AM5 2Rx8 Black (KF560C36BBEK2-64)

The motherboard is AsRock Z790 Steel Legend WIFI, latest BIOS 12.03

Thank you for your reply. The machine was recently upgraded to 23H2 from 22H2 through in-place upgrade. I had to use in-place upgrade as the earlier monthly security update of 22H2 was also failing to install as none of the steps as suggested above by you didn't fix the issue earlier. Do I need to run in-place upgrade again?
