Windows 10: intermittent dropout of the logitech keyboard

I got a logitech s510 keyboard combo

For some unknown reason, it has been dropping out quite frequently.
I then need to unplug and re plug it back into the USB port.

I have tried on a USB hub as well as directly connected to the PC USB port.

Seems to occur regardless of which method it is connected to.

Earlier versions of windows seem to not have had this issue.

Windows version = 1803
OS build = 17134.112

Logitech Pushes the Edge with Stunning New Keyboard Design

I've used a lot of Logitech mice and keyboards over the years. I like them a lot with one exception. I totally dislike the flat key surface (like a laptop keyboard) that they insist on selling. The flat keyboard has never been as comfortable for me as the stepped keyboard design. If Logitech offered their nice keyboard designs in the standard stepped design I'd buy them in a heartbeat.

I would NOT however pay $200 for any keyboard no matter how stylish.

Your post seems to be the only one where people marked as solving their issue, but I do not quite understand what you did. By clicking either of the following, you are not actually selecting anything:

• C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\mouclass.sys
• C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\mouhid.sys

I have K270 keyboard & M510 mouse. I do not notice much lag on the keyboard; it is the mouse that is frustrating.

In Device Manager (Mice and other pointing devices)

• Dell Touchpad
• HID-compliant mouse (Driver = Microsoft, 10.0.15063.0)
• Logitech HID-compliant Unifying Mouse (Logitech, 5.90.38.0)
• Logitech HID-compliant Unifying Mouse (Logitech, 5.90.38.0)

I am running Windows 10 Pro 1703 (OS Build 15063.138)

Latest Unifying Software & Setpoint.
