    Intermittent PC crashing/Restarting/BSOD/ usually after exiting, or starting a game/web browser


    Okay, I am at the point where I am now creating a post and asking for help, cause I am at my whit's end.This has been going on for awhile now, I've become so used to it I can't say for sure, maybe 6 months?First off, there were no issues before this started, and no there were no upgrades other than the initial memory upgrade I did, prebuilt ASUS ROG machineUsually, after I am done playing a game, or attempting to start Civ6 from steam, or rarely in the middle of web browsing, the PC will either at least 1-2 times a day:1. PC freezes, screen still visible, input devices non responsive, restar

    Web Browser Crashing

    Try to login to Safemode to see if all browser will still crash. Please follow these steps:

    • Press Windows logo key Windows logo key + I on your keyboard to open Settings. If that doesn't work, select the Start button in the lower-left corner of your screen, then select
      Settings.
    • Select Update & security > Recovery.
    • Under Advanced startup, select Restart now.
    • After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select
      Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings >
      Restart.
    • After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select 4 or F4 to start your PC in
      Safe Mode. Or if you'll need to use the Internet, select 5 or F5 for
      Safe Mode with Networking.

    Web Browsers make Windows10 crash and re-start

    We appreciate the information you provided. Since this only started after installing Windows 10, it is very likely that there are some web browser drivers that need to be updated. We recommend that you follow the Windows Update troubleshooting steps provided

    here     to resolve the browser crashes that you are experiencing.
