Windows 10: Intermittent Windows Activation Issues - Error Code 0x8007139F

Hi, We have a Azure Hybrid environment and every so often one of the devices will fail Windows activation with the error:Event ID 8198, Security SPP - License Activation slui.exe failed with the following error code: hr=0x8007139F A quick google indicates this is a DNS issue to the Key Management Services KMS however these are devices which are Intune enrolled and connected to a Azure Hybrid environment therefore there is no KMS to connect to. How can I resolve this issue?

Windows 10 will not activate Error code 0x803F7001

Possibly there can be the problem with Microsoft activation Server, so your Windows 10 is not activated. In this scenario, you need to wait and verify if it is the issue from Microsoft’s side. But if you are getting error code 0x803f7001, you can also try these steps:

1. Open Settings app. Then go to Update and security > Activation screen > Change product.
2. Type your Windows edition product key and click Next.
3. You’ll get We couldn’t activate Windows error message.
4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.

Error Code: 0x8007139f

When I try to scan my PC , it says that the scan could not be started and "the group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation." and displays the Error Code 0x8007139f.

I several times restarted the computer but it shows same Error Code 0x8007139f.

i am using

WINDOWS 10 Operating System (64 bit)

Activated with Digital Entitlement
