Windows 10: Intermittent Windows Hardware Failures

I'm receiving intermittent "Windows Hardware Errors" while performing a variety of tasks. Sometimes it happens while gaming, but I've had it occur while browsing and even right after logging into Windows. When the failure occurs, all 3 monitors go to a black screen loss of signal. Most of the time the PC fans go to 100% sometimes they don't. When the fans go to 100%, everything stops working. When the fans don't background apps appear to continue to work e.g., I can continue to communicate with people on Discord. Reliability History typically indicates a LiveKernelEvent 141, 1b8, 1a8, and/

Intermittent Boot Failure from SSD

I'm getting intermittent boot failures. My system info is as follows: Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz Installed RAM 128 GB (128 GB usable) System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 21H2 Installed on ‎3/‎26/‎2021 OS build 19044.2486 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4190.0 Disk Drives INTEL SSDPEKNW010T9 (Boot Drive) ST2000DM008-2FR102 WDC WD2003FZEX-00SRLA0 WDC WD20EZRZ-00Z5HB0 The boot failure produces this message (taken on my iPhone)

Initially, the error was very infrequent but recently it has become about every other time. As mentioned in an old thread here, pressing F1 takes you to SETUP and from there, F10 exits and allows the boot to continue successfully. On another site, I found a suggestion to swap the SATA connection but I don't have any more available. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I suggest you to run Hardware troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Run Hardware and Device troubleshooter.

• Press Windows + W, Type troubleshooting.
• From the search list, click on troubleshooting
• On the left pane, click on view all.
• From the list click on hardware and devices troubleshooter.
• Follow on screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting.

Logon intermittently bypasses Windows Hello Fingerprint

Hello Mosken,

When I didn't hear back from you I went ahead and re-set my Windows Hello Fingerprint. Three logons (with shutdowns in between) worked perfectly yesterday. But the first logon for today it was back to its old intermittent self to bypass Windows Hello and go straight to the desktop, with no security.

So, just like all the other 'fixes' I've tried over the past 2+ weeks, your four steps can be added to the list of all the things that don't work for this Windows Hello intermittent bypass and proceed straight to Windows Desktop issue.

Any other suggestions?
