    Internal Front and Rear Camera Not Working Surface Pro Gen 5 Win 10


    I have downloaded the firmware for the Surface Pro Gen 5 Win 10, I've followed the horribly basic and uselessinstructions on https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13753/windows-10-camera-does-not-work, and have uninstalled the cameras and searched for new hardware using the device manager.


    My Front and Rear cameras that are built into my Surface Pro are no longer working.


    Under Camera on the Device Manager is only "IntelR AVStream Camera 2500" - there are no hidden devices. Under Human Interface Devices there is no camera listed.


    Is there anything you would recommend? I also downloaded the Surface analyzation tool which was useless as well and seemed not to care if I had a computer.


    Any advice on how to get the built-in Front and Rear Microsoft Surface cameras working? There is no "roll back driver" allowed on the Microsoft Front or Rear Camera either...

    surface pro 4 rear camera not working

    I have recently bought a surface pro 4 with the latest 10 windows pro installed, when i use the camera i can only see the front camera as there is no option to let me use the rear camera, i had someone from Microsoft remotely access it and they couldn't
    fix error. they said its maybe a hardware issue.

    Has anyone had anything similar or can anyone advise me on how to get the rear camera to work?
