Windows 10: Internal hard drive recognized but not showing any accessible space

I have 2 internal hard drives that ive been using for years, one 1Tb hard drive and a 4tb hard drive. I recently reinstalled windows 10 on my 4 tb hard due to a mother board upgrade and had no other choice but to format both drives. After reinstalling windows my second hard drive isnt showing any accessible space and it wont show up in the disk management. The hard drive obviously works because the drive itself shows up in device manager and also in the motherboard BIOS but i cant interact with it at all in regards to the amount of space available on it. There is no partition for it at all. Us

Second internal hard drive is recognized but not accessible

I have a second internal hard drive installed in my system that I use as storage for audio and video files. Since upgrading to Windows 10 I have not been able to access this drive. It is recognized, but not accessible by any means that I am familiar
with. It is a healthy collection and it would be disturbing to lose this data, so I have not made any attempts outside of my comfort zone. Recommendations would be very helpful.

i have 2 hard drives 1 drive has only music
this is the drive that is missing it does not show up in file explorer
and i can not access the music at all
but hard drive shows up in device manager

I understand that the external hard drive is not recognized by the PC. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.
It would be great if you can answer these questions to assist you in a better way.

• Did you try connecting the Hardrive to different USB Port?
  
• Does the Hardrive get detected if you try connecting it to a different PC?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer recently?
  

I suggest you refer and follow the steps mentioned in the KB article and check if that resolves the issueError:
“USB Device not recognized” when you try to access a USB external hard drive

Note: Ignore method 2 & 5 from the above article.
