Windows 10: internal HD not showing on File Explorer

I have a Dell Inspiron laptop with only one internal drive, called C:I've been using the computer for weeks, but today it suddenly stopped showing the C drive in File Explorer. The computer still boots up fine, and all the apps run well.In File Explorer, it does show a disk called "OS C", but the contents of it are mostly system files.I want to see the C drive in File Explorer, containing my Documents, photos etc.Can anyone help me, please?Andrew.

If you set some tags for your *.jpg pictures, the windows 10 file explorer shows them in the "details pane" on the right side.





This list can get very long and with some wrong or no longer used entries.
How can I clear this list / cache / suggestions?

Or how can I stop the file explorer to suggests already used Tags?

If Date Modified doesn't show on the options when you choose Sort by, we suggest that you perform this steps:

• In File Explorer, select the folder you want to have changes with.
• Right-click and select Sort by.
• Select More, then check if the Date modified option has a check mark.
• Click OK, then try to perform again the steps provided by Acelyn Alc.
