    Internal hdd data recovery


    Hello guyz,My laptops motherboard went bad so a technician took it out and put it into a case type thing that converts internal to external hdd. He also showed all the files and drives are opening. But now when I opened in my other laptop with win 11. It showed shortcut virus first, which later got deleted by antivirus but I don't see any data. Also, I tried attrib command but it still hidden. I want to recovermy data badly. Suggest me some tips.* Moved from Community Center

    Data Recovery for Mac (OSX Capitan) ?

    Anybody knows of a good data recovery software for mac? Preferably free?

    I use Active@ Data Recovery for Windows, but honestly no idea what to use for Mac OSX.

    Any suggestions?

    I'm giving Recuva a shot. Mussels posted a thread about data recovery and that was on the top of the list. I'll give that one a shot next if Reuva doesn't cut it. Thanks Wizz.

    It'd be nice if this thread was unlocked, cleaned up, and sticky'd in this section. Just saying. *Wink Internal hdd data recovery ;)
