Roughly a month ago I bought a PC second hand. Before buying it it appeared to run just fine and it continued to do so once I had it set up at my place. The computer came with 2 hard drives, a 256GB SSD and a 1TB HDD. USB3.0 Issues and Internal HDD shows as removable

Update: So I went to BIOS settings and disabled all Hot Swaps.... here's what's worrying me
    1. The HDD is not even listed as one of the connected devices!!
    2. Other SSD's do appear.
    3. The issue still persists. The internal drive shows under Portable Devices.

    Hi Johan,

    It is possible that your
    HDD was unreadable
causing the error message to appear. We recommend that you perform these troubleshooting steps and check if there are any changes:

    • Shutdown
      your
      PC.

    • Unhooked
      the
      HDD
      and
      turn on
      your
      PC.

    • Reconnect
      your
      HDD
      and
      restart
      your
      PC.

If the issue persists, we suggest that you contact your
    laptop/computer's manufacturer
    for further assistance.

Update us on how it goes.

    Regards.
