Windows 10: Internal issue need fix !! windows defender looking for an app

HiI just want to ask if you know how to solve my PC problem. I have an updated os and system however when I m trying to setup security the windows defender is looking for an app. What kind of app is this? Should I install a antivirus software?This is the first time it happened and I don't want to install new app.

I would suggest you to open Windows defender and add exclusions and check if it helps. Follow the steps to add exclusions in windows Defender.

• 
  Type Windows defender settings in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Under Exclusions click on Add Exclusion

windows defender and Internal Disc Cleaner

• Windows Defender keeps on scanning files.
• Internal disk cleaner did not delete temp files.

• When you state “Internal Disk Cleaner” were you using
  “Disk Cleanup”?
• Can you specify the location and folder name of the temporary files that were not deleted?

Windows update and windows defender issues

We suggest you to avoid installing any cleaner or anti-virus software that may interrupt the function of Windows Defender. Make sure that Windows Defender is always on. To do this follow these steps:

• On the Start menu, type Windows Defender and hit enter.
  
• Click Settings.
  
• Turn Real-time protection on.

We also recommend you to install the latest update for Windows Defender.
