Windows 10: Internal laptop Keyboard is not working suddenly when i was playing game

Hi , no keys are working for my acer nitro laptop”s keyboard only power button is working, it happend suddenly when i was playing game

Laptop Keyboard and Trackpad suddenly not working while gaming

Hear me out guys I have been playing an online game and then suddeny while playing my laptop keyboard and trackpad suddenly not working but my external mouse and keyboard is working fine and so after i finished playing and while shutting down i'd get a BLUE
SCREEN saying Driver_Power_State_Failure.Please help me out

 

Issue With Laptop's Keyboard While Playing Games

only thing i could really think of or suggest would be getting a controller to play games .. that would probably solve this problem or if you get a better keyboard to hook up to your laptop to use while gaming.. those are only solutions i could think of and that would work better.

 

Disabling laptop keyboard

As per the description. Let me help you in resolving the issue.

I suggest you follow the steps below and check if that helps:

• Press Windows + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
• Find Keyboards in the list of devices and click the arrow to expand it.
  
• Right-click on the internal keyboard and click Disable. If there is no Disable option listed, click
  Uninstall.
• Click File>Exit. Your laptop’s internal keyboard should now be disabled.

Note: If you had to choose Uninstall instead of Disable in step 4, the keyboard will be automatically detected and re-installed if you ever have the Device Manager scan for new hardware for some reason. If that happens you’ll need to repeat this procedure
in order to uninstall it again.
