Windows 10: internal recording

I have a Lenovo laptop with Windows 11. For a short time I was able to record online class video with internal audio recording but since some updates? I can't

Steps Recorder App to record my local user account name for Internal Staff to verify my data entry?

I also need help for Windows 10 Steps Recorder App to disclose my local user account name for Internal Staff (Technical Support). Example is to record data entry information for File System Field User-Name; as-is, this is not visible (Screenshot attached).

Otherwise, I have to post-process Steps Recorder Output to show my internal Tech Support that my data entry information is correct.

Is it possible to have Steps Recorder App to record my User Name?
