  1. Internal SSDs and USB Sticks Won't Display Their Properties

When I try to view the properties of any of my internal SSDs or an external USB, I get a message that "Properties for this item are not available." I can successfully check the properties of files and folders, and the drives seem to work properly, but I just can't view the properties. SFC doesn't show any issues. I've seen some posts online about importing, exporting, and merging HKEY_CLASS_ROOT > DRIVE > shellex > PropertySheetHandlers with that of a working computer, but evidently, I'm not doing it correctly because I keep getting error messages. Installing windows off of a USB stick

    Step By Step from vista:
    From admin cmd prompt

    1. diskpart
    1a. list disk
    2. select disk 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
    3. clean
    4. create partition primary
    5. select partition 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
    6. active
    7. format fs=fat32
    8. assign
    9. exit

Copy Windows Vista's DVD ROM content to the Flash Drive

xcopy d:\*.* /s/e/f e:\ (d being your vista cd and e being your usb stick)

And that's it, boot off your usb disk

Internal SSDs and USB Sticks Won't Display Their Properties

    4870x2 won't display at 1680x1050 at all!

OK. Now I know what ur problem is. Step by step:
    1. Go to Catalyst Control Center
    2. Click on the word "Graphic" right on top left corner. It will display drop down menu
    3. Click on Display monitor and will see the list of monitor at near bottom
    4. Right Click the monitor and select "Configure". It will show up the window
    5. There will be 3 option to select. Select the middle one and then click on the tab which show the bar with 15%.
    6. Drag the bar to max, and the screen will stretch to the native resolution 1680x1050.
    7. Also click the tab with showing RGB drop down list and select the last one (it will change to image quality for pc).
    That's it. Good Luck.
