Windows 10: INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR on wake up from sleep

Hi Experts, I have an issue with my lenovo ideapad z710 on windows 10. Some times when the laptop is waken from hibernation, its stops responding and i get a blue screen of death with details below. Thank you for posting your reply. Apologize for the delay in response.

I suggest you to check which devices are configured to wake up the computer from sleep by following the steps below:

• Right click on Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the command line below:

Powercfg /devicequery wake_armed

3. Check if the devices (Keyboard, Mouse, Ethernet cable) are listed.

If the system is not going to sleep and going to Hybernate, the only option to wake up is to press the Power button.

UPDATE

The issue came back again

1 day after updating my bios as you suggested my pc sleep again after 30 mins without using it then it doesn't turn on using keyboard/mouse. I had to press the power button again after booting I've checked event viewer and BlueScreenView another INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR again. Yes I've could just turn off auto sleep but I wanted to know what causes it

INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR resuming from sleep on 1809

Since installing 1809, I can't use sleep mode. When waking up, it consistently BSODs with INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR. I've ensured all drivers and BIOS are current. And, in any case, this wasn't a problem before installing 1809. Anyone else having these kind
of problems? Thoughts?
