Windows 10: INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR

In the last weeks it often occurred to me that when I turned my laptop (MSI) on in the morning, it would turn off automatically because of the lack of battery, even if I didn’t leave it with low battery nor running all night. Today it happened again, but this time a blue screen appeared, saying I ran into an error and that my pc must be restarted. It told me the interruption code is: INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR. Also, it tells me it’s gonna restart automically when it’s done collecting data, but even though it’s at 100% it doesn’t. What can I do? Thanks in advance

To troubleshoot the issue, follow these methods:



Method 1:

Step 1:

Start your computer in safe mode and check if the issue persists:

Step 2:

If it works fine in safe mode, perform clean boot to check if any third party application is causing the issue, as clean boot helps in eliminating software conflicts.

Method 2:

I would suggest you to use these commands to repair Windows:

• Open an Administrator CMD window. If you can’t find a way, use these steps:
  
• Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
• Click File > Run New Task
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• Type CMD
• Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  sfc /scannnow

I have a 2016 MSI GE72 2QC Apache laptop, and since October I've been getting bluescreens at random occurrences (4 in total, 2 triggered while playing Gary's Mod).

INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR

Help we have been getting the INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR ever since the windows 10 update and I am only able to stay on my actual start screen on my for about a minute if I am lucky. whenever the fault happens I get a blue screen that says restart and INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR
please please help me fix this, we can't use troubleshooting solution because the laptop just switches to the bluee screen before we get anywhere
