Internet access intermittently cuts out, then fixes itself 10-15 seconds later

I've been having this problem for about a month now: my internet access will cut out at random intervals momentarily. I primarily use wi-fi, and it doesn't disconnect from the wi-fi; it remains connected, just without internet access. I can fix the internet access by disconnecting from the wi-fi network then reconnecting to it immediately. No other devices on this network experience the same issue.

Troubleshooting steps I've already taken, to no avail:

    1. updated drivers by manually finding the correct wifi/ ethernet drives on the manufacter's website
    2. connected my PC using an ethernet connection instead of wi-fi. this still has the same issues as when connected to wireless
    3. uninstalling network devices, then restarting windows to have it automatically reinstall them
    4. reset all network devices in settings
    5. reset windows entirely I used the keep my files option

My only other thought on how to fix this issue is to RMA my motherboard which has ethernet and wireless components on-board in hopes that it's the network devices themselves that contain the faults. If anyone has any other ideas or suggestions as to a fix, I'd be greatly appreciative.

    :)

    My suggestions:

Hard reset router (reset button may be hiiden inside a pinhole)

    Change DNS:

Change IPv4 and IPv6 DNS Server Address in Windows

Use one from the list "Item 7. To Use Custom or Third-party DNS Server Address"

Run WifiInfoView and change router channel if nearby routers are detected on nearby channels.

Log into router and change channel if needed:
