  1. Internet Adapter Causing internet to spike to 0 mb/s

I can't play games, I can't do certain work on installations and reloading websites is completely awful. I've tested it with different connections and it's the adapter or the computer, I've tried out updating, resetting, repairing and reinstalling drivers and it doesn't work. Windows troubleshoot doesn't work either. For the past 3 days it hasn't been working, this morning it did but after computer restart it broke again. No idea what fixed it and this is completely awful.

    :)

    Windows 10 internet spikes

Tried it , in the data usage menu its says that it used 0mb in the last 30days , delivery optimization is off.

I tried tracking the process that uses network through the "Resource Monitor"

from what i have gathered random using tons of internet and causing spikes might be (svchost.exe networkservice -p) but i don't know how to fix it or shut it down.

    Any suggestions?
