Windows 10: Internet and Keyboard stop working after launching program

Hi everyone, I've been having this problem where I open a program called Toonboom Harmony 22 simultaneously my internet disconnects and is unable to detect nearby wifi and my keyboard fails to register any inputs even with unplugging and plugging back in it is unable to reconnect. As well, my headphones disconnected due to the computer's inability to find any devices. With the task manager up when the program launches it shows the disk at 50%, attempting to close task manager doesn't work and trying to shut down/restart doesn't work and a hard reset is needed after the program breaks the co

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.

Keyboard stops working

Three or four times a day the keyboard stops working for about 5 minutes. I can't enter text or use any of the keys. I can't open Task Manager with ctrl-alt-delete to investigate. The mouse still works. I can use it to close or open programs, shutdown etc.
Does anyone have a suggestion on what may cause this or can recommend how I can track down the culprit?

 

Slow explorer, slow program launchs, slow internet

If you were to perform a clean boot as I suggested you would stop a lot of startups and be on your way to checking impact of startups.

Safe Mode is the next step.

Otherwise you can try random things on your own and post back what you find.

You throw in internet access as another factor. It's all too random and not methodical, and that needs to be eliminated as part of one trial.
