Windows 10: Internet Calendar on Office 365 Outlook Peculiar Sync Issue

Sync Office 365 Outlook calendar with Windows 8 phone

I need to sync my contacts from my Windows 8 phone to my Office 365 Outlook on my Surface Pro Windows 8.1 machine and visa-versa this does not happen automatically. I also need my Office 365 Calendar to sync with my Windows 8 phone the phone does sync
with Office 365 Outlook calendar but not visa-versa. I have searched every option on each device without success.

 

Windows 10 Calendar app does not sync with Office 365 Outlook calendar

How do I sync the Calendar app calendar with my Office 365 Outlook? I have checked all sync settings and everything should work, but it doesn't. I'm running Windows 10 1809 on my computer. When I go to Calendar in Outlook, the rotating dot circle keeps
running and doesn't find anything other than my Outlook calendar.

I use Office 365, Outlook 2007 and Windows 8 phone. Calendar syncs only 2 weeks past. Other, my older Android phone works well and I can see my old appointments in past.
Two weeks past in not enough to call an application as a Calendar. Is there any way I can use Windowsphone 8 as a calendar with Office 365 and see what I have been doing in past, more than 2 weeks ? Mail sync is also OK.
