Windows 10: Internet connection 5Ghz by wireless adapter

Dears,I'm using a wireless wi-fi adapter TP-LINK Archer T3u Plus with 2.4/5 ghz connection.Few days ago i have problem with electrity in hause, and then when i turn on my PC i lost connection with my 5Ghz Wi-fi.Few facts:1 i see the 5ghz wifi on my phone,2 on my PC i can see the 5ghz wi-fi but not mines.

New PCIe wireless adapter drops 5GHz band repeatedly

New tp-link AC1200 (Archer T4E) PCIe adapter in x1 slot. Latest driver. Runs at a link speed (router-PC) of 866 Mbps when working. Advertised link speed was 867, so Wow! But it drops its connection every once in a while. Maybe ten times in eight hours of operation. There is no setting for preferring 5GHz, I was using USB adapters, and neither of them ever dropped, but they were limited to the 2.4 GHz band. I thought this would be a good (internal) upgrade. Suggestions as to what I might try / look at / re-set? Dan

Unable to connect to wireless internet connection on Windows 10

Step 1: Use Internet Connection Troubleshooter when the connection drops.

• Click on Start; in the start search type
  Troubleshooter and hit Enter.
• In the left pane, click on View all.
• Click on Internet Connection Troubleshooter.
• Select Advance and click on
  Run as Administrator.
• Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

Step 2: Run Network Adapter troubleshooter

Network Adapter troubleshooter find and fix the problems with wireless and other Network Adapter.

• Click on Start; in the start search type
  Troubleshooter and hit Enter.
• In the left pane, click on View all.
• Click on Network Adapter Troubleshooter.
• Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

Step 3: I suggest you to update the Network Adapter drivers and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + x key on your keyboard.
• Select Device manager.
• Expand Network adapters. Right-click on the device and click
  Update driver software
• Restart the computer and check if the issue persists.
