Windows 10: Internet connection always goes down, have to disable network adapter and enable and it...

At random times my Windows 11 installation always disconnects from the Internet. Upon looking at my network adapter status it always says "no internet". If I disable the network adapter and then enable it again it will re-connect to the Internet just fine. After random times it will disconnect again and I have to keep repeating the process. This is only happening to one desktop, the other desktops on the same network stay connected and do not have this problem, so it is an issue with this one desktop. Windows 11 is updated and I have checked the filesystem with check and dism. All checks out o

Internet connection

So I've seen this problem before and was not able to resolve it on a ASRock board. I ended up selling that board. Now I have a system I just put together for a guy it doing the same behavior.

Network connection shows connected but no internet. (hard wired) If you disable the network adapter and enable it, it works fine. Re boot the PC and problem returns. No internet, disable network adapter and enable it, it now works.
