Windows 10: Internet Connection issue on Specific device

Hey Everyone, I'm facing issue with my internet connection,in my home my router is giving Wifi to my TV, 2 Mobiles and a laptop,But whenever I turn on my laptop, the internet start getting disconnected for a short period of time.I Asked the ISP guy but he asked me restart my router once a day i don't know why ,, but that didn't helped out, can anyone offer help to diagnose and resolve the issue.my device list is mentioned below.Router TP Link's TL-WR841NLaptop : HP Probook 450 G2TCL Smart TV & Mobile Android Phones.Your help will be appreciated, thanks.

If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi or use the Mobile Data on your HTC 7 Mozart device, we suggest that you follow the steps given on
Lumia troubleshooting and repair. After each step, check to see if your issue has been fixed.

• For issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks, select Connectivity > My phone has problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks, then follow the suggested steps provided.

• And for issues connecting to the internet using a mobile data connection, select
  Connectivity > I cannot connect to the internet using a mobile data connection. Make sure to select the next options given if the problem persists.
