Windows 10: Internet connection not working. Windows can't find plugged headset and video and photos...

Hello, so my Internet connection not working. Windows can't find plugged headset and video and photos can't be opened. All that occured after windows desktop crashed when I was rendering frames in unreal engine 5. I would really appreciate if someone could help me. Trying to fix it for several hours and nothing seems to work. Computer microphone won't work when headset is plugged in

My computer's microphone is functional if nothing is plugged in. When I connect a wired headset, however, the microphone does not work. The headset has a microphone, and it works properly on other devices, but not on my computer. Moreover, this issue persists with other headsets- they work on other devices but not when plugged in to my computer.

I think the issue may be that Windows does not recognize my headset as an audio input device? When I plug it in and look at input devices, only the default computer microphone (Realtek(R) Audio) is listed. This is the same input that is available when no headset is plugged in.

Can anyone recommend a fix? I have ensured that all drivers are updated, so that's not the issue. The microphone is also not muted, the headset connection is secure (audio output works as expected- using it as a microphone is the only issue)

 

Whenever i plug earphone during a call, its not working, after that as i cut the call n plug it again, then it works perfectly, then i can use it during call n also listen music

• Switch your phone off and on. After this operation, you may need to re-adjust the volume.
• Check that your compatible wired headset is properly plugged into your phone.
• Connect your headset to another phone to check if the issue is with the headset or the phone.
