Windows 10: Internet connection only partially gone. What is that?

Howdy!

For years I have had the problem that on my Win10 PC the internet is only partially gone.

I start up the PC as usual, Windows starts and the WLAN reception is displayed in the task bar in the bottom right corner. However, most Internet pages show that they could not be found. Steam can also not establish a connection. But there are two exceptions: Google homepage and YouTube. I have also tried several browsers.

I can usually solve the problem by restarting the PC, but sometimes I have to update all drivers and sometimes it works again afterwards.

What could that be?

Try the following steps:

• 
  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.
  
• 
  Click “View All”
  
• 
  Select "Internet Explorer connection"
  
•

HTC 7 Mozart mobile not connecting to internet

If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi or use the Mobile Data on your HTC 7 Mozart device, we suggest that you follow the steps given on
Lumia troubleshooting and repair. After each step, check to see if your issue has been fixed.

• For issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks, select Connectivity > My phone has problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks, then follow the suggested steps provided.

• And for issues connecting to the internet using a mobile data connection, select

IP address. To do this, follow these steps:

    Ipconfig/release
    and hit
    Enter.
