Windows 10: Internet connection randomly cutting out for a second

I've come across an issue that feels like it started this month, I've never had this issue like, ever in the past 7 years of using a computer. Internet connection randomly cuts out, and I know it has to be my laptop because if there was something weird happening with the router it would've been happening with my phone, so I know it's not that, I tried updating all my network adapter drivers, that didn't work, then I tried a full reinstallation of windows 11 with the option of keeping my storage selected, that didn't work too. So with reinstalling windows 11 I think it has to do something with

Internet cuts out randomly for a split second.

Starting this morning my internet cuts out randomly, but only for a second then it comes right back on. I have gone through power management and unchecked the box that allowed my PC to turn it off to conserve power, and checked the driver for the wireless
receiver.

 

Internet randomly cuts out for about a half-second at a time

Starting a few days ago after the last time I updated, only on my Windows 10 PC, the internet will randomly flicker out for about a half second before restoring itself. So far I have tried

• unchecking all the power saving options for my ethernet
• deleting and reinstalling the drivers for my ethernet
• updating to the cumulative update preview

And am still having this issue.

My ethernet connection is listed under network adapters as "Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) 1219-V"

I suggest you run the Internet connections troubleshooter, and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Internet Connections.
• Follow on screen instructions.
